Pencil selling
A picture is worth a thousand words and persuades more effectively than ten minutes of argumentation. The course participants learn how to express informational content, product benefits and processes illustratively. They develop their own personal illustrative vocabulary that they can use to persuade and excite their conversation partners. It’s important to keep in mind that nobody needs to know how to draw to master the “pencil selling” approach.

Images influence our thoughts, feelings and actions. Images have a faster and more direct impact than words. They strike emotions and are the perfect supplement for rational topics such as banking and insurance. The workshop participants learn an illustrative vocabulary for their work and receive a booklet with a collection of images for key banking and insurance concepts.
